Returns

Our returns procedure is getting a lot easier! All orders placed after 13/9/2023 will receive a return label and a simple return slip in the parcel. It is no longer required to fill in the Return Request Form below. Just pack your parcel, attach the provided return label and drop it off at a post office.

We will cover the cost of the return shipping if you:

• keep at least one item from the order
and
• dispatch the return parcel within 3 days of delivery

If you do not meet the requirements for a free return, the cost of the return label (£2.99) will be deducted from your refund.

All returns must be dispatched within 14 days of delivery, and returned items must be in a re-sellable condition - so when trying on and testing footwear please do so inside! Finally, make sure the item is packed carefully to prevent damage on the journey back to us.

For orders placed before the 13/09/23, please follow the instructions below:

If for any reason you need to return your order, don’t worry, it’s very straightforward. Just fill out the return request form below and we will email you a Royal Mail return label within 48 hours. 

Then all you have to do is carefully package the item up (in the original packaging), affix the returns label, and drop the parcel off at your local Post Office.

We are happy to provide a free return label if you 
• keep at least one item from the order
• submit the return request form within 3 days of delivery
and
• dispatch the return parcel within 3 working days of receiving the postage label

We will cover the return postage up to the price of Royal Mail 2nd Class Small Parcel (currently £2.99). If you are returning a parcel bigger than this, the difference in postage cost will be deducted from the refund.
