The BareTEX membrane, sandwiched between the lining and upper, offers ultimate protection against moisture, letting sweat vapour escape from the inside and resisting rain from the outside. Removable insoles with an aluminium foil layer and a soft coating offer further warmth and insulation from the elements. 
    Adventurous feet will move freely and easily thanks to flexible lightweight soles with threads for better grip.

    All Ef Barefoot shoes are perfectly shaped to allow for unrestricted movement of the toes and are suitable for a wide range of feet in the medium to wider width range. The narrower heel area and velcro strap fastenings ensure these barefoot ankle shoes fit like a glove on normal as well as skinny ankles.

    The internal length and width of each shoe is carefully measured so you can easily select the most suitable size. Length is measured through the longest part of the shoe (usually heel to big toe), and width is measured across the widest part of the shoe directly above the insole.

    For width, don’t worry if your foot measurement is slightly larger than the measurement displayed, the upper material can accommodate feet wider than the insole.
