We've taken your feedback to heart and have made the tough decision to adjust our Delivery and Returns terms and conditions to better serve you. Here's what's changing:

 Delivery Fees:
Our delivery fees remain unchanged, but we’re saying goodbye to our free delivery offer on orders over £59. This change aims to simplify the process and resolve the confusion and unhappiness caused by partial returns.

Simpler Returns:
If you keep at least one item from your order, you’ll still enjoy free returns. Otherwise, a fee of £3 will apply. Remember, if you return your entire order, you’ll get a full refund, including the initial postage costs.
