At Bubbly Toes, we strive to offer a wide range of barefoot footwear, but with so many styles and sizes available, not everything can be kept in stock at all times.

To help you access even more styles, colours, and sizes without compromise, we offer the option to backorder selected shoes. These include popular models that may have temporarily sold out, as well as new brands offering such a wide range of styles and colours that it’s impossible to stock them all — backordering means you can choose exactly what suits you best.

It’s the perfect way to secure your pair in advance — no need to wait for a full restock or settle for what’s left. Whether you're shopping for your child’s next adventure or your own go-to everyday barefoot shoes, this is a great way to plan ahead and stay comfortably on track.

What Does Backorder Mean?
Backordered items are not available for immediate dispatch. As a small business, we are unable to stock every product we would love to offer. Once you place your order, we will order the item specially for you from the supplier. This process ensures you gain access to a wider range of styles, colours, and sizes.

Delivery Time
Approx. 2–3 weeks after the deadline.

We’ll dispatch your order as soon as it arrives from Europe. While most deliveries arrive within three weeks, shipping times can occasionally be longer due to supplier or customs delays.

How to Order

• Select your preferred style, size, and colour (if applicable), and proceed with your order as usual.
• Make sure you receive your order confirmation email. If you do not see it, check your spam folder and mark it as “not spam” or whitelist our email address (info@bubblytoes.co.uk) in your settings. This is crucial to ensure future communication regarding your order is delivered safely.
• If your preferred style is not listed, email us! If the product is available, we will be happy to add it for you.

Important Notes

• While we strive to fulfil every request, there may be instances where your chosen product cannot be sourced. In this case, your order will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued immediately. Depending on your payment method, refunds may take a few days to process. Thank you for your patience.
• Standard UK delivery fees apply.
• Items are returnable as per our Returns Policy, but we kindly ask you to be mindful when placing orders to minimize unnecessary returns.
• If you order both backordered and in-stock items, your entire order will be dispatched together once all items are in stock. If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.
